Hermon, Maine, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Feb. 5. The Hermon facility marks a significant milestone
in UCF’s mission to serve customers across seven counties in the greater Bangor, Maine, region further
solidifying its position as a leader in the construction and forestry equipment industries.

The new facility boasts a 40,000-square-foot showroom with office space, along with 8,000 square feet of
expanded storage located at 603 Coldbrook Road in Hermon. The expanded footprint and elevated ceiling
house dual-independent, 15-ton overhead cranes, as well as a larger essential parts inventory. This setup
enables the Hermon store to work on multiple large machines at once, challenging the industry standard
by minimizing customer wait times and enabling customers to get back to their projects faster.
The new Hermon location offers a diverse working line and rental fleet like compact excavators, skid
steers, crushers, and pavers from in-demand brands like John Deere, Wirtgen Group Products, Vogele,
Wirtgen and Morbark Industrial. Backed by UCF’s expert support teams, UCF Hermon serves as a one-stop
destination for construction, forestry and paving job needs.
